Eligibility for Refunds

You are entitled to a refund or exchange if:

• The book is damaged or defective upon arrival.
• You received the wrong grade or title.
• Your order was duplicated by a system error.

*Note: Digital products and heavily used books are not eligible.

How to Request a Refund

• Share your Order ID and a clear photo of the issue.
• Our team will verify and approve your request within 24 hours.

Processing & Timelines

• Method: Refunds are sent to your original payment method.
• Time: Most refunds reflect in your account within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping: We cover return shipping costs if the mistake was ours!
