Eligibility & Rules
- Return within 10 days of purchase.
- Items must be in original condition (including packaging & tags).
- Note: Used or damaged items and Digital/E-books are non-returnable.
Process & Refunds
- Contact us at 0300-2726789 for authorization.
- Refunds go to the original payment method.
- Processing takes 10 business days after we receive the item.
Exchanges & Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged book, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund. For exchanges, we will ship your new item as soon as the original is returned (subject to availability).
